How easy is it to set up TouchBistro POS?

We are committed to making the setup process smooth and efficient for you! That’s why we have a dedicated onboarding manager to guide you through every step, from end to end. The setup process will include front-end and back-end training, as well as install and menu setup.

Do you help with installation?

Yes. TouchBistro helps you get your POS up and running with step-by-step installation assistance. Rest easy with our Professional Services team who will ensure your new POS software and hardware are running smoothly. Furthermore, to ensure the safety of yourself and your team as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently providing virtual installation support. Rest assured that we will do everything possible to support you remotely during this time.

Do I need to be connected to the Internet to use the POS?

No. TouchBistro is designed to continue working offline when there isn’t an Internet connection available. Our hybrid POS gives you the convenience of cloud functionality (i.e. remote access to reporting), PLUS a hardwired, local connection that acts as a backup when your Internet is down. That means your POS terminals can continue talking to one another, allowing you to operate your business without interruption.

How do I manage my menu? Can I do it remotely?

Yes. You can edit your menu on the Cloud portal, enabling you to stay on top of your business from anywhere, at any time! TouchBistro also allows you to customize the way you view your menu, add modifiers and images, set scheduled menus, and more.

What type of reporting and analytics does the POS do?
