Alex Barrotti has been working in the technology industry for over 25 years. In his life before TouchBistro, Alex was the founder and CEO of INEX Corporation, an e-commerce pioneer that allows regular store owners to easily design and rapidly deploy web storefronts from ready-made templates. INEX was later sold to InfoSpace Inc. (now Blucora) for USD$45 Million to bolster InfoSpace’s e-commerce strategy. Alex brings his expertise and hands-on experience in design, deployment, and reseller channel relations to TouchBistro and its global partners. Alex was named Founder/Entrepreneur of the Year for 2014 by Best In Biz Awards and was named CEO of the Year by Golden Bridge Awards in 2015.
A true entrepreneur, Geordie Konrad has extensive experience managing software products that target both businesses and consumers. He has a strong background building scalable technology solutions and working with strategic partners to deliver value to customers. Geordie was a founding partner of Konrad Group, a technology consulting firm specializing in web and mobile development.
Murray Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, planning, and reporting, as well as business development activities including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Over the course of his career, he has been CFO at both public and private companies. Previously, Murray has worked in senior positions with mDialog (acquired by Google), OANDA, Macquarie, Harmony Remote (acquired by Logitech) and Basis100. Murray is a CPA, CA, and he graduated with Distinction from University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce.
Fun fact: Murray picked up his love for golf while he was living in Zimbabwe for 10 months.
With a passion for technology and an innate ability to strategize, Toan Dinh draws upon his rich background in digital marketing to spearhead demand generation initiatives that facilitate effective lead-opportunity-customer conversion cycles. He specializes in delivering measurable marketing results and revenue for SaaS, mobile, and technology companies. As VP Marketing, Demand Gen, Toan oversees all sales enablement, search marketing, customer marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
Fun fact: Toan is actively learning Spanish and is a true foodie at heart.
Anthony Cozzi has been in the technology, telecom and startup space for 15 years. He started his career as an engineer in the telecom industry with Globalive Communications Corp, where he held various executive roles, ultimately managing two core business lines. He has actively consulted for many smaller startups and has participated in entrepreneurial programs including the Next 36. As Chief Revenue Officer at TouchBistro, he is heading up both the reseller and partnership programs.
Fun fact: As an avid world traveller, Anthony has been to 6 of 7 continents, and over 40 countries.
Bhavin Shah started his career as a software engineer in the telecom industry with Globalive Communications Corp where he gained 10 years of technology and management experience and quickly progressed to Director. He has been involved in many early stage technology companies and brings with him a strong background as an engineer and experience architecting enterprise services and applications. Bhavin joined TouchBistro over 2 years ago to grow technology and the Customer Success team. When not working with technology, he enjoys spending time weight training, practicing yoga and gymnastics, travelling and taking outdoor photography.
Paul Snelson is an executive leader in building and driving rapid customer and revenue growth for technology companies in the Software and SaaS marketplaces. With over 20 years of sales and management experience, Paul has delivered measurable results for both small to large organizations. Prior to joining TouchBistro, he was the VP of Commercial Sales at Salesforce. As VP of Sales, Paul is driving both sales strategy and execution while leading sales teams across all countries.
Michael brings a diverse marketing background to TouchBistro with a passion for brand building and storytelling. His marketing foundation was built from a decade of agency experience where he gained a wide perspective from clients in CPG, healthcare, auto and services. Before coming to TouchBistro, Michael spent 13 years with a global beer company where he fine-tuned his skills in business marketing, strategic planning and world-class activations. In his current role, Michael leads the brand marketing and product marketing teams. Outside the office, Michael spends his time volunteering with youth sports, traveling and spending time with his family.
Dennis Chow brings seasoned leadership to the product department, with a 15 year career in product management spanning the wireless telecom, retail, payments, fintech, and accounting software industries before joining with TouchBistro. He possesses a strong passion for his work, constantly striving to ensure the “what” is defined, and evangelized by the “why” in any product decision. As VP of Product Management, Dennis is responsible for product strategy and roadmap curation, development and execution. Dennis also volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross, where he has served on the National Board of Directors since 2012. Outside of work and volunteering, Dennis enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
Rhonda is a market driven executive with a superior track record in generating sustainable profitable growth in fast-changing environments. Accomplished in leading cross-functional, high-performing teams across technology, banking, telecommunications, consulting and government industries. She has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide transformation strategies.
Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Rhonda and she knows that it is a key to corporate success. She is actively engaged with her teams to ensure she hears the needs of her customers to make every interaction with them memorable. By taking a few extra moments to understand their needs, and delivering innovative solutions that keep customers happy and engaged.
Our hard work and dedication to the restaurant industry, as well as our passion for food and service, has helped us achieve a great deal so far and pushes us to achieve more in the years to come.
