TouchBistro may work with other hardware, but our Support team will only be able to provide support if you use the TouchBistro-approved devices outlined. Avoid going rogue if you can.

Not necessarily. You only need a Mac Mini, iMac, or Mac Pro if you’re using TouchBistro with multiple iPads.

All hardware is warrantied by the manufacturer. That’s another reason why we partner with Apple; AppleCare is one of the best plans in the business and you can replace your device at any Apple Store.
