Enter your username and password associated with your license.   Forgot your username? Find it by clocking in to your POS as an Admin.Click on Admin > Admin Settings > Licensing and your username is displayed next to “Licensed To”   Forgot your password? Reset it by clicking on “Forgot Password?” on the Cloud login page.   If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Password?” on the login page.

The platform is currently available in the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec).

We only integrate with TouchBistro POS.

Three ways: 1) Your website: You will be able to add an “Order Now” button to your restaurant’s website during the onboarding process. 2) Direct Link / Social Media: You will also receive a direct URL to your online ordering page that you can share with customers, including on social media. 3) TBDine.com: Customers can also place an order with you on TouchBistro’s discovery site.

TouchBistro is not able to update your restaurant’s website. Please contact your website administrator for help. In the meantime, you can share your online ordering page directly with customers using your TBDine.com restaurant page.

Integrated online payments are currently unavailable. Payments and tips can be facilitated in person by cash, credit, and debit card upon pickup or delivery. If paying by card, the payment terminal will prompt the customer for the tip.

Your customers can choose to pay over the phone, or with cash, debit, or card upon pickup or delivery.

If the customer has provided a phone number in their order, you can call them to process their payment through a card-not-present credit transaction. For help on how to process card-not-present transactions, please visit this guide.

For restaurants that have their own delivery fleet, delivery can be added as an option within TouchBistro Online Ordering.

TouchBistro Online Ordering is perfect for restaurants that have their own delivery drivers. For restaurants that would like to integrate third-party delivery services, see TouchBistro’s online ordering integrations.

To accept card transactions at the door, you require a long range card reader. Please contact TouchBistro support for more details. Alternatively, you can call your customer at the phone number they provided with their order and take payment over the phone. For help on how to process card not present transactions, please visit this guide.

A notification will appear on your iPad POS.

Card processing fees will still apply. However, TouchBistro Online Ordering does not charge any commission fees on online orders, unlike many third-party providers.
