Your main iPad acts as the hub of your Touchbistro EPOS System when you connect up to 5 iPads. While the main iPad can be used as a terminal it is strongly advised that it is kept stationary in a stand in a secure place. No other apps should be used on your main device.

TouchBistro may work with other hardware, but our Support team will only be able to provide support if you use the TouchBistro-approved devices outlined. Avoid going rogue if you can.

Not necessarily. You only need a Mac Mini, iMac or Mac Pro if you’re planning to use TouchBistro with more than 5 connected iPads, or a TouchBistro Digital Menu Board.
All hardware is warrantied by the manufacturer. That’s another reason why we partner with Apple; AppleCare is one of the best plans in the business and you can replace your device at any Apple Store.
