TouchBistro Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
TouchBistro provides a Referral Programme (the “Programme”) to allow our friends to benefit from connecting us with new customers.
For greater certainty, the Terms are applicable for participants in the Programme (the “Referrers”) residing in the UK. For Referrers residing in Mexico, please see https://www.touchbistro.com/referidos-terminos-y-condiciones/.
TouchBistro’s employees, friends and customers and their respective employees and friends, may be eligible to participate in the Programme, if: (a) they use TouchBistro’s online referral page to email their referral link to the referred customers; (b) has notified such customers regarding the referral; and (c) such customers agree to communicate with TouchBistro by completing the form provided in the email with the referral link. Referrers who submitted referrals through any other methods are not eligible to participate in the Programme.
The following are not eligible to participate in the Programme:
TouchBistro registered affiliates and strategic partners with existing referral programmes.
TouchBistro employees within the sales organisation or authorised TouchBistro resellers.
Restaurant owners, operators, franchisors and business decision makers are not permitted to refer restaurants which they own, operate or are responsible for making EPOS purchasing decisions.
Subject to the Terms, a referral is a “Qualified Referral”, which entitles the Referrer, who is eligible to participate in the Programme pursuant to the Terms above, to receive the Referral Reward provided below, if: (1) the referred customer is a food service venue; (2) the referred customer is not an existing lead or contact in TouchBistro’s system (TouchBistro reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made in TouchBistro’s sole discretion); (3) the referred customer has completed the form provided in the referral email generated by the Referrer through TouchBistro’s online referral page; (4) it was made on or after January 1, 2018; and (5) the referred customer has entered into an agreement with TouchBistro, completed onboarding and and is currently live with TouchBistro.

For Qualified referrals submitted on or after April 1, 2020, Referrers can earn £200 and the referred customer can earn £200. For Qualified Referrals submitted on or after January 1, 2018 but before April 1, 2020, Referrers are eligible to earn £300. There is no Referral Reward for (a) new TouchBistro customers that were referred to TouchBistro before April 1, 2020; and (b) Referrers who submitted a referral before January 1, 2018.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for a Qualified Referral leading to more than one food service venue location in the UK onboarding with TouchBistro, the Referrer and the referred customer will each receive a flat bonus in the amount of £400.
Please allow up to one (1) month after the referred TouchBistro service is set up at the referred food service venue for the payment to be issued and sent by ACH transfer. Payment will not be processed until bank details have been received by TouchBistro.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make or to the amount of Referral Rewards a Referrer can receive.
TouchBistro will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a Referral Reward.
Termination and Changes
TouchBistro reserves the right to modify the Terms or terminate the Programme at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice.
