What has your career path been like during your time at TouchBistro?
I started as an ADR, got promoted into ADR II, and I am now an Account Manager. My dad gave me some career advice to go to the people at the top and gain experience from them. I am always looking to learn and continue to improve. I think having a positive perspective has definitely only benefited me in my career.
What do you think makes the TouchBistro culture so special to you?
Since my first day at TouchBistro, I felt so welcomed and instantly felt part of a team! TouchBistro has a culture that is so helpful and collaborative.
What has your relationship been to the restaurant industry and what has it taught you?
I grew up working in restaurants. I was a hostess, a server, and a trainer. The restaurant industry taught me a strong work ethic. I learned how to multitask, sell, and communicate with different types of people. I feel like these skills helped me transition into a career in sales.
I have always wanted to be in the industry because I wanted to give back and be able to help restaurants thrive. I always saw restaurants as playing a big role in people’s lives, they help guests create memorable experiences for special occasions or provide much needed distractions to help people get through hard times. I really stand behind TouchBistro’s mission to be able to help support our clients to do what they do best so they can continue to provide unique experiences for their guests.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Because I’m Argentinian, I grew up eating steak or what is known as asado. I could definitely eat that for the rest of my life!
What is the last best thing that you binge watched on TV?
Yellowjackets, it was so good!
What is your proudest accomplishment in your career?
I have found a passion in helping and training the new hires and being able to hype up my team members. I love being a person that anyone can go to when they have questions. It was something that I was given when I joined, and it feels really good to be able to give that back to new members on our team.
What personal goals do you have?
I want to move downtown and get my own place. Something I have always enjoyed doing is various charity races. This year I plan on signing up for a Spartan race, so I am focused on preparing for the big event.
