How to Update Your TouchBistro License after Purchasing Directly from TouchBistro

Chapter 1. Registering with an Existing Account

If you’ve purchased TouchBistro directly, you will have been emailed an account name and password. Follow these steps to register with your account name and password.

1.  Log in as Admin.

2.  Tap Admin | Admin Settings in the top right hand corner.

3.  Tap Licensing.

4.  Tap Register with Existing Account.

5.  Enter the account name and password emailed to you.

6.  Tap Login in the top right.

7.  Tap OK.

Chapter 2. Refreshing Your License

Use this document if you’ve purchased a license for TouchBistro directly via TouchBistro’s Billing department (instead of using the in-app purchase feature). Typically you would use TouchBistro’s Billing Department to purchase a yearly subscription. Also, if TouchBistro customer service informs you they have extended your license, follow these steps.

1.  Log in as Admin.

2.  Tap Admin | Admin Settings in the top right hand corner.

3.  Tap Licensing.

4.  Tap Refresh License.

5.  Tap OK.

Chapter 3. Pro Version

If you are a Pro User (your venue uses TouchBistro on multiple iPads), restart Pro Server on your Mac computer and re-log in.

1.  Click TouchBistro Pro Server from the menu bar.

2.  Click Login and enter your username and password.

3.  Pro Server will sync updated license to all your iPads. You do not need to follow the steps under Standard Version.

4.  Close down the Pro Server application on your computer and relaunch it. The new expiry date will be properly updated.
