Card Reader Not Detected

If your reader plugs into an audio jack, it might need charging or the iPad volume needs to be turned up. If it plugs into your lighting port, try restarting your iPad and seeing if it is detected. If that fails, the reader may be damaged in some fashion. Please contact your TSYS representative for a replacement.

Batch Error When Manually Trying to Send a Batch

This is an indication you are set up for auto batching.
