Submitting Your Batch Manually with the Move/5000 or Desk/5000


At the end of your day, if you are not set up for auto batching, you need to submit your batch, that is all credit card transactions you’ve processed. You do this via your Chase terminal.

Manually Submitting the Batch

Note, Steps 1 and 2 are for the Desk/5000 only. To submit your batch for your Move/5000, start with Step 3.

1. On the Welcome screen, tap the Terminal icon at the top right to put your device into standalone mode.

2. Confirm you wish to go into standalone mode.

3. Swipe left to go to the second screen.

4. Tap the Settlement option.

5. Confirm you want to close your batch.
