"It’s incredibly user-friendly, which makes managing our reservations easier. We know what business is coming through the door each night, and it’s guaranteed sales as long as people show up. We’re able to better manage our time, so that the entire restaurant isn’t sitting all at once at 6:30. The system helps us deliver better service because it evens out the flow on the kitchen and allows for dishes to be perfectly prepared. "Our capacity is approximately 70 and we have a small space, so managing that space is key. Before using Reservations, we were using pen and paper – it was pretty painful.
