Both ICT250 and IWL220 support manual entry directly on the devices and do not need to be triggered as a unique transaction from the TouchBistro POS. Chase Paymentech enables manual entry as a default unless you have asked for it to be turned off. A supervisor password is required when performing a manual entry transaction. If you need assistance setting up or retrieving your password, please contact Chase Client Support at 1.800.265.5158.
