Moneris iPP320 Troubleshooting


Max Refund Exceeded Error

Moneris sets a daily maximum for refunds and voids. For example, you may not be able to refund more than $5,000 a day and void $500 a day. This error means you’ve exceeded one of those limits. Wait until the next day to do the void or refund. Contact your Moneris representative to check your limits.

No Terminal Found – V11 Not Selected Error

You did not select the V11 version of your iPP320 terminal. Access Admin | Admin Settings | Payment Gateways. Tap the Setup button associated with Moneris. Tap Manage iPP320 Terminals. Check each terminal to ensure Terminal Model is set to Ingenico iPP320 v11.

I need to change a setting (like the language). How do I do this?

Press down the yellow CORR key and while holding down the CORR key, press the Punctuation key and hold down both together. Follow the steps here. One of the first screens is the language screen. If you change that, make sure you don’t change any other settings.

“Unknown Error” when trying to initialize my iPP320

Call your Moneris representative to resolve this. This is a profile settings issue on the Moneris side.
