Chase iWL220 Troubleshooting

Chase screen not displaying the Swipe/Key Server Ready screen

You are in standalone mode. Press the left-most function key on the terminal to return to the ready screen.

Tables are notshowing up

The integration is incompatible with tables if they have letters in the table name.

The terminal is prompting for a key exchange

If a terminal prompts for a key exchange and retry does not work, select “No”. This should push it to “Succeed”. Test with a test payment.

Alternative Steps: 

  1. Switch Device to Standalone by pressing the left-most function key on the pinpad
  2. Press #
  3. Select option 8 Host management | key exchange
  4. Select Yes
