This session will focus on the huge changes to restaurant culture in recent years, both to make restaurant work more sustainable and to combat the massive labour shortage. The next generation is young, non binary, DIY, understanding of mental health issues, intolerant of harassment, together with Vancouver’s forward thinking restaurateurs and chefs, they are willing to upend tradition to make F&B a better field for everyone.

Join us at Hotel Belmont on February 24th to talk with some of the incredible people at the forefront of Vancouver’s restaurant revolution and learn how we can all take positive steps toward the industry’s future.
