Email Signature Instructions

  1. Complete form fields with your contact information

  2. Upload Photo
    You will need a photo URL for your photo to appear.
    1. You can use your Linkedin photo.
      • Login to your Linkedin profile.
      • Right click on your photo and select 'Copy Image Address' .
      • Paste this URL into the signature generator and press generate.
    2. If you do not have a photo online you can upload one to Google Photos.
      • To upload a photo to Google Photos go to your email.
      • Click the multi-square square in the top right.
      • Scroll down and Click on the Photos app.
      • Drag and drop a photo OR you can click on the cloud with an arrow at the top to upload a photo.
      • Crop photo as desired to a square.
      • Once you are happy with your image click done to return to the main page.
      • From here you select your image (top left of the image there is a check mark ✔).
      • On the top blue bar that appears there is a plus (+). Add this photo to SHARED.
      • Go to your shared folder, click on the image (so there is a black border around the rest of the page, this is VERY IMPORTANT).
      • Right click and select 'Copy Image Address' .
      • Paste this URL into the signature generator and press generate.

  3. How to add signature to your email
    • Select and copy the generated signature and return to your gmail.
    • Press the gear icon on the top right of the screen.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Scroll down until you see Signature on the left.
    • In the box to the right of the Signature section paste the signature you copied
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press Save Changes.
